About Victoria Kroll-Mallek
I am a third-generation real estate professional proudly carrying on an impeccable family legacy here in the Southwest Chicago suburbs. Real estate has always been more than a career to me, it’s part of who I am. I grew up in New Lenox and have lived throughout Chicagoland, including downtown Chicago, Crete, Lisle, Palos Hills, and Manhattan, before finding my way back home to New Lenox, where I now live with my husband, daughter, and rescue pup. That lived experience across multiple communities allows me to truly understand the nuances of the markets I serve and the people who call them home.
I attended Lincoln-Way West in high school, followed by JJC and then Loyola University Chicago – my passion for community and connection has followed me throughout every stage of life. I love that real estate allows me to meet people from all walks of life and play a meaningful role in such an important chapter for them. I bring honesty, education, clear communication, and a little humor to every transaction, believing that informed clients make confident decisions.. and that the process doesn’t have to feel overwhelming to be successful.
I’ve also been a longtime host of the 1340 AM Real Estate HouseTalk radio show since 2015, where I educate and advocate for consumers on market trends, homeownership, and smart real estate decisions. Previously, I partnered with CENTURY 21 Pride, where I assisted in running an office for nearly a decade and trained over 100 agents across the area. Today, I’ve chosen a more local path-partnering independently to better serve my clients with personalized guidance, strong strategy, and exceptional care. I still coach agents, now with KRG!
When I’m not selling real estate, you’ll find me hiking local trails (I previously worked as a field ecologist and entomologist – which is why I especially love land properties!), taking my daughter to our favorite local spots, or trying new restaurants with my husband, Alex. I’m a total foodie ..with a wellness appetite, always pushing myself to be better in body/mind. I also love watching documentaries, traveling, a good craft/home renovation, attending a concert or comedy show, and time with family.
